Eee Monitor Black first photos

The photos leaked show an impressive first look of the Eee Monitor. The black suit is elegant and glossy. The front side has minimal controls (four on the left side, the power button and another one on the right side).

The webcam is situated on the upper side, while on the lower one the speakers are branded Denon, which sounds like a nice promise.

The profile is quite slim and the margins are nicely rounded. The frame is supported by a metal mechanism that has also a design role. In front the transparent plastic support has also a designer’s touch.

On the back we spot a modem and network port, four USB 2.0 ports, the classic audio ports and a power input.

Eee monitor white first photos

There are practically no differences between the black and the white versions of the Eee Monitor, besides the color. For some, ASUS has made just a cheaper copy of the iMac. Well, I think that, despite iMac being among the firsts to promote the concept, the all in one monitor is a “public place” and we will see more of them soon.
